Immersion Restaurant pays homage to its bright, multi-cultural location of the Bo-Kaap, Cape Town. The design is centred around a pure white space that will not compete with its vibrant location but rather provide reflection and contrast. Soft textural variations and subtle colour shifts will contrast against brightly coloured plates of food. A harmonious and tranquil space.
